Booking and the home assessment are always free. You receive a written quotation before any care begins, and nothing is charged until you approve it.
A trained attendant, a general-duty nurse and a critical-care nurse are priced differently because the skill, certification and clinical responsibility differ.
12-hour and 24-hour shifts, live-in care, or short visits each carry a different rate. Longer engagements are quoted at a lower effective daily rate.
Needs such as ventilator support, tracheostomy care, wound management or post-surgical monitoring require specialised staff and are reflected in the quote.
Any equipment we arrange (oxygen concentrator, hospital bed, monitors) and recurring consumables are listed separately and transparently.
Travel and logistics vary across the cities we serve; this is factored in up front so there are no surprises later.
One-off visits, weekly physiotherapy or continuous long-term care are priced to suit how often you need us.
Priced per shift by nurse category (general-duty vs. critical-care) and shift length. The assessment confirms the clinical level required, and the daily rate reduces for longer commitments.
Priced per day or per month depending on whether you need day support, night support or live-in care. Monthly plans are the most economical.
Priced per session, with discounted packages for a prescribed course of sessions. The therapist recommends the number of sessions after the first visit.
Quoted after reviewing the discharge summary and care plan, since staffing depends on the procedure, monitoring needs and expected recovery duration.
Rented monthly or bought outright, with transparent deposits where applicable. Delivery, installation and pickup are itemised on your quotation.
