We provide continuous nursing care services at home to patients living with a whole range of neurological conditions, acquired or hereditary, including neurodegenerative conditions which often affect people in adulthood, and evolve over the years. To help simplify the stroke rehabilitation process, our trained professionals take care of all your needs at your doorstep.

Our team of clinical experts form the backbone of our home health care services, providing all the specialist knowledge, and given extra training when required, for individual customers. Your nursing support and medical caretaker is handpicked by us, making sure they have the experience, knowledge and training that suits your needs the best.

SERVICES OFFERED

Neuro care program focuses on providing continuous care in the home to patients living with a range of neurological conditions. Our services are tailored to patients who might have been living with these conditions since birth or after a sudden onset of a traumatic brain or spinal cord injury, stroke, etc.

  • 12-24 hours of nursing support
  • 12-24 hours of medical caretaker support
  • Physiotherapy
  • Equipment  based on requirement  (may include Ventilator, Suction Machine, Monitor, Hospital Bed, etc.)
  • Consumables (paid for by the patient) – when available

TASKS COVERED

In addition to assistance with daily living activities, which is critical in the rehabilitation of patients with neurological disorders, our care team can handle the following tasks as well, as per the physician’s directive and the care plan

  • Personal care that is tailored to the patient’s needs
  • Assistance with mobility
  • Assistance with feeding including RT and Peg-Gastrostomy
  • Incontinence care
  • Ventilator care
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Physical therapy

Our Neuro program also includes fall prevention, home environment safety assessment and home modification.
